REHOBOTH BEACH truly is “CAMELOT”

Posted by deweyham on May 6th, 2008

Everybody loves going on vacation do you rememeber how you feel when your feet touch the ground at your V. destination, the anticipation is euphoric, and in this community always memorible. If you’re lucky enough to live at the beach year round, you realize it gets better each year, the charm of this summer beach capitol, ease to get here from many east coast destinations, great resturants, unusal shops(not much of a shopper),park and walk everywhere in town ,no 695,495,95,turn pike bottle necks and all this includes sand, sun, ocean breezes and sea water to wash away any work/family stresses that may have accumliated .In this day and age of hussle and lots of bussle,it’s tough to relax consistantly,to have a place to re-charge the “ole batteries”,this energizing bunny needs the down time and Rehoboth Beach is where the plug is.

Blog Probes Real Estate Models

Posted by CityBlogDE on March 30th, 2008

www.REALonomics.net is a blog that is asking serious questions about where the real estate industry is going. More specifically, REALonomics poses challenges to the broker/owners to adopt models that will allow their organizations to become more transparent.

REALonomics.net advocates that the industry open up the property information portals to consumers and upgrade its approach to how it is interacting with the consumer by implementing more social networking such as www.CityBlogUSA.com, a community blogging network for every city in the USA.

The sky isn’t falling on real estate @ the beach

Posted by deweyham on March 25th, 2008

reho.jpgContrary to the rest of the world ,the summer capitol of the east (Rehoboth Beach) is doing just fine and will as long as vacationers take vacations.Being only a touch over three hours from 28,000,000 tax payers with great jobs is one major reason, having many excellent resturants-Cultured Pearl-best sushi for 100 miles,Back Porch ,Espuma,Blue Moon,Cafe Sole,Fussion,Confusis,Summer House,1776,Big Fish grill,to name a few,wow and guess what ,there’s an ocean to visit and a sun for a tan.To not be here year around is a mistake,it truly is “Camelot”.Rehoboth Beach , Delaware .
